A file with an RAF extension is associated with a RAW Image File developed by Fuji. This file type belongs to the Camera Raw Files category and is saved as a Binary file. An RAF file is a digital photograph captured by select Fuji digital cameras, for example, the high-end FinePix models.

This file stores an image in the uncompressed RAW Fuji format. It may also include a JPG version of the same image within the file for thumbnail preview purposes.
