Moreover, there is some information about the drawings, for example, their creator, creation date, and the time this drawing was last edited.

OpenOffice, LibreOffice, and other similar applications support ODG file format. It is saved in the OASIS (The Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards) OpenDocument specification, which is an XML-based format. To open ODG files, you can use LibreOffice Draw and OpenOffice Draw. Also, you can convert this file to many other forms, for example, JPG, PNG, EMF, PDF, GIF, WMF, TIFF, and so on.
